CovidGraph workshop at the annual COMBINE meeting

The annual COMBINE meeting for standardisation and integration of data in computational biology modeling took place in Berlin this year from 6-8 October. We presented the HealthECCO project in a tutorial, showing how to work with SemSpect to explore the CovidGraph data space.
Our tutorial included a brief introduction to knowledge graphs in general and to our project in particular. In addition, participants had the opportunity to experience CovidGraph in a hands-on session by creating their own exploration trees in SemSpect and exploring the integrated data domains.

The focus of our tutorial was on the integration of biomedical data with data from the systems biology domain (models imported from the MaSyMoS model database).
